The following formula is used to calculate the Motor power of a 3-phase electric motor:

Three-Phase Kilowatts = Volts x Amperes x Power Factor x 1.73                                                                    Xefficiency / 1000

Single-Phase Kilowatts = Volts x Amperes x Power Factor                                                                                Xefficiency / 1000
